掘进机喷嘴除尘机理分析与试验研究

摘要: 以掘进机内喷雾喷嘴为研究对象,利用理论与试验相结合的方式,在深入阐述了雾化除尘机理的基础上,分析了目前所使用的喷嘴的弊端,进而设计出能够克服这些弊端的新型喷嘴结构。通过对新、旧喷嘴结构进行的对比试验分析,可以得出:新型喷嘴具备耗水量少,防堵塞能力强,除尘能力强等特点。为该装置的推广应用提供了理论指导。

Abstract: Based on the spray nozzle within the machine as the research object, using a combination of theory and experiment, on the basis of further expounds the atomized dust removal mechanism, the disadvantages of the use of the nozzle are analyzed, and then design a new nozzle structure can overcome these disadvantages. Through contrast test of new and old nozzle structure analysis, can be concluded that the new nozzle with less water consumption, the blocking ability strong, dust removal ability, etc. For the application of this device provides a theoretical guidance.
